Store Policies

Shipping:
Instock items will ship within 48 hours of payment. I ship via USPS, either priority or First Class mail depending on your choice. If you would prefer an alternate shipping method please email me before making your purchase to make different arrangements.
Custom orders will ship when they are completed. E-mail me to find out what my current customs turn around time is. Canadian Customers please chose "USPS Priority" option.
All other out of country customers, please email me for a shipping estimate.

Refunds:
If you are unhappy with your purchase I will work very hard to rectify the situation. I offer a full refund, minus shipping, within 14 days of purchased, you must ship the unused, unwashed item back to me to receive this refund.

Payments:
I accept all forms of paypal. I also accept money orders on a very limited basis. Your item will not be shipped until I receive the money order.

Custom Orders:
The first of every month I will stock a limited number of custom slots. Custom orders will be completed in a timely fashion with an extreme amount of attention to detail. I pride myself on my custom bags and they are my favorite things to make. If you can dream it, most likely I can make it. For updates on my custom list check my blog. Due to the nature of custom orders there are no refunds. However I will do everything in my power to make sure you are pleased with your purchase.
