I am a one woman work-at-home-mom with 3 children and life can be pretty unpredictable so my customs turn around time is 2-5 weeks.

The first of every month I will stock a limited number of custom slots. Custom orders will be completed in a timely fashion with an extreme amount of attention to detail. Once you have secured your slot you can track the progress of your order through this page. I pride myself on my custom bags and they are my favorite things to make. If you can dream it, most likely I can make it. Due to the nature of custom orders there are no refunds. However I will work very hard to make sure you are pleased with your purchase.
